听说
今年出会计题的老师真的跟上了时代了，看似没考重点但是却很现实。出题老师似乎是搞经济或者学金融的。
金融危机谁还去搞并购啊，所以没有合并报表的大题。
企业都紧亦缩食了，卖房子卖地筹钱的办法都用上了，市中心的地都不要了。
没钱了怎么办，还得经营啊，只能搞非货币型资产交换了；
债还得还啊，只能搞债务重组了。
连华尔街常用的股权激励措施也考了，
给大家的忠告就是一定要与时俱进。

出新制度考试题目的时候经济形势好了，又该企业合并了。
